Redefining Self-Love is a writing workshop I designed and facilitated for the The Cosmos, a community founded to help asian women flourish and thrive. Redefining Self-Love supported asian women across generations peel back the layers of love through the lenses of identity, healing, and belonging. The workshop diverged and converged across individual reflection and collective sharing.
